Amy Holland focuses her practice on Estate Planning.
Amy believes first and foremost in educating members of the Hampton Roads community about the importance of asset protection and preservation, regardless of age or income level. Whether you need a simple will, complex trust, or Medicaid qualification, it is imperative that you understand your level of risk and how you can protect yourself and your family in the event of a death or crisis.
Amy proactively aids clients in identifying and minimizing potential future threats to their estate plan, including long-term care costs, estate taxes, and unnecessary court costs.
Amy is married to a member of the United States Navy. As a military wife and the mother of a young child, she understands the additional struggles that military families face. Her desire is to help families plan for the future, navigate the legal system with dignity, and restore peace to their lives.
